Status Tracking Dashboard

The Status Tracking Dashboard is a preset workspace that gathers every company in your Catalog that carries a record of your team's review activity — a status, a note, or an attached document — into a single table. Instead of hunting through individual company profiles to see what your team has already touched, you get one roll-up of who has been assessed, who has notes or documents on file, and when that activity last happened.

It answers a common question: across everything we've reviewed, where does each company stand right now? The dashboard shows current values only — the latest status, the latest note, the most recent document — not a full historical audit trail. To see a company's complete history, open its profile from the row (see Opening a company profile below).

What appears in the dashboard

A company shows up as a row when it has any review activity attached to it, in any sense:

  • A status — whether that's a company profile status or an exposure-lens status.
  • One or more notes.
  • One or more attached documents.

Companies with no status, notes, or documents do not appear — the dashboard is deliberately scoped to the entities your team has engaged with.

Reading the table

Each row is one company, with its current review state summarized across the following columns:

  • Company / Org Name — the company or organization name.
  • Company ID — Altana's identifier for the entity.
  • Entity Status — the current status value.
  • Status Type — whether the status is set at the Org level or the Company level.
  • Status Last Updated — timestamp of the most recent status change.
  • Status Last Updated By — the user who made that change.
  • # Notes — how many notes are attached.
  • Notes Last Updated — timestamp of the most recent note.
  • Notes Last Updated By — the user who added or edited it.
  • # Documents — how many documents are attached.
  • Document Last Uploaded — timestamp of the most recent upload.
  • Document Last Uploaded By — the user who uploaded it.

Opening a company profile

Click any row to open that company's Supplier / Company profile. The profile is where the dashboard's summary expands into the full record — the complete history of every note and every document attached to the company, not just the latest values shown in the table. Use the dashboard to spot which companies to look at, then open the profile to work through their history in detail.

Filter blocks

The dashboard ships with a standard set of summary blocks across the top. Like other workspace charts, they frame the table below them.

  • Total Count — the number of companies with any review activity.
  • Document Count — the number of companies with at least one attached document.
  • Counts by Status — a breakdown of companies by their current status value.
  • User Activity Pie Chart & Stack List — review activity attributed by user, shown as a pie chart with an accompanying stacked list.

Filtering by company name

To filter the dashboard to a specific company, use the search bar. The search bar is the only way to narrow the table by company name — there is no company-name filter block or column filter for this. Use the summary blocks above to filter by status or activity, and the search bar to jump to a named company.

What the dashboard does not do

  • It does not provide a full historical audit — only the latest status, note, and document values. Open a company's profile for its complete history.
  • It does not reconcile statuses across platforms — cross-platform status tracking is out of scope for this workspace.
