Stuck on a complex classification? Chat with Atlas and seamlessly loop in your customers when you need their expertise. Our secure permissions system eliminates disjointed email threads by bringing everyone into one conversation, creating a frictionless workflow that leads to faster, better classification decisions.

Step 1: Click on the product you need help classifying.

Step 2: Next, click on Ask Atlas.

Step 3: Atlas will begin posing questions to help you reach the correct classification

Step 4: You can either answer the question or, if you need the expertise of a teammate or customer, you can tag a user to invite them to the conversation.

• Please note: Only users who are permissioned to view the classification work for this particular good can be tagged. Want to learn more about User Permissions? Click here.

Step 5: The tagged user will receive an email invitation to join the chat with Atlas and provide an answer to the question.

Step 6: The user can respond with free text to answer your question.

Step 7: They can also respond to prompts and follow-up questions from Atlas.

Step 8: If the User is permissioned as an Admin, Manager, or Analyst, they can accept Atlas' suggested classification. If a user is a Viewer/Auditor, they will not be able to accept or approve a classification.
