Monitor Collaboration Activity
Stay on top of updates from your network and keep requests moving. Your home page is the central hub for collaboration activity, with notification indicators throughout the platform.
Your home page activity hub
As collaboration grows across your network, your home page gives you a clear view of what's new and what needs your attention.
At-a-glance status
At the top of your home page, you can see:
- Passports with updates to review, including inbound link requests. Click through to your Passports table, filtered to the items that need review.
- Requests Received: the number of pending inbound request items you need to act on.
- Requests Sent: the number of outbound request items still awaiting a response.
Activity feed
Below the status tiles is an interactive feed of recent updates, grouped by:
- Update type: new passports, requests, or data updates.
- Time: updates from the same 24-hour window are grouped together.
- Collaborator: see which collaborator sent each update.
Click any update to act on it immediately. If an update spans multiple passports, you're taken to your Passports table filtered to those passports. You can also filter the feed to show only unread updates.
Passport table indicators
Across passport tables throughout the platform, you can quickly see which passports need attention:
- Incomplete inbound requests: a count of how many request items you still need to respond to on each passport.
- Updates Available: an indicator that a collaborator has shared new value chain information, product fields, documents, notes, or comments.
Key details
- Notifications are user-specific. When you view an update, it's marked as read only for you. Other users in your organization still see it as unread until they view it themselves.
- Updates clear automatically from your activity feed after one month.
- Clicking a grouped notification for individual requests or comments takes you to the relevant sidebar inside the passport. For value chain updates, documents, or notes, you're taken to the passport view directly.
