Exposure Lists
Who is this for? Compliance administrators who decide which screening lists their organization uses for exposure and risk detection.
Exposure Lists is where you choose which screening and regulatory lists are active for exposure and compliance risk detection. Altana provides the lists; on this tab you turn the ones relevant to your program on or off. The tab is available where exposure-list configuration is enabled for your tenant; if you don't see it, contact your Altana representative. Open Settings from the user menu and select the Exposure Lists tab. For the concepts behind exposure and how these lists are applied, see Exposure Lists in Concepts.
Find a list
- Use the Search box to find a list by name or issuing authority.
- Use Grouped by to organize the lists by Category or Issuing Authority. Each group shows how many of its lists are enabled.
- Select a list's name to open its details — title, description, issuing authority, category, source, and links to the official references.
Choose which lists are active
- Select a list's checkbox to enable it, or clear it to disable it. Use a group's checkbox to toggle every list in that group at once.
- Select Save to apply your changes. The button stays inactive until you've made a change.
Enabled lists are used for exposure and compliance risk detection across the product. Changes take effect once saved.
The available lists are maintained by Altana — you control which ones are active for your organization, rather than creating or editing the lists themselves.
Control which lists each user sees
Enabling a list makes it active for your organization. To further control which of the enabled lists each user can see — for example, limiting sensitive categories to the teams responsible for them — see Exposure List Visibility.
