Passport Data
Who is this for? Users with the catalog viewer role, who set the default rules for what your organization shares in Product Passports.
Passport Data controls which fields are included when you share a Product Passport with a connected organization. Set it once and it governs every passport you share or update from then on. Open Settings from the user menu and select the Passport Data tab. For the collaboration workflows these settings apply to, see Decide What to Share and Accept.
Choose what to share
If your tenant collaborates at the organization level, you'll see separate areas for My Products and My Organization; within each, fields and (where enabled) document categories are listed.
- Use the Search box to find a field by name.
- Turn the Share in Passports toggle on for each field you want included, or off to withhold it.
- Select Save to apply your changes.
Applying changes to passports you've already shared
Your settings apply to all future shares automatically. Information you've already shared isn't changed retroactively. When you save organization-level changes, you may be offered the option to publish the update so passports you've already shared reflect the new settings — choose this if you want connected organizations to receive the change.
Toggles aren't applied until you select Save. After saving, new settings affect passports going forward; previously shared data stays as it was unless you publish the update.
