Tracking Collaboration Activity and Notifications
Stay informed about updates from your supply chain partners and manage requests across passports with the enhanced collaboration notifications system.
Overview
As collaboration grows across your passport network, it's important to have a clear view of what's new and what requires your attention. The Home page now serves as your central hub for all collaboration activity, with additional notification indicators throughout the platform.
Your Home Page Activity Hub
When you log in, the Home page provides a complete overview of your collaboration activity.
At-a-Glance Status
At the top of the Home page, you can see:
- Total passports with updates to review, including inbound link requests. Click this to go directly to your Passports table, filtered to show items that need review.
- Requests Received — the total number of pending inbound request items you need to take action on.
- Requests Sent — the total number of outbound request items still awaiting a response.
Activity Feed
Below the status tiles, you'll find an interactive feed of recent updates. The feed intelligently groups activity by:
- Update type — new passports, requests, or data updates
- Time — updates from the same ~24-hour window are grouped together
- Collaborator — see which partner sent each update
Click any update in the feed to take immediate action. If an update covers multiple passports, clicking it takes you to your Passports table filtered for those specific passports.
You can also filter the feed to show only unread updates for a focused view of what still needs attention.
Passport Table Indicators
Across passport tables throughout the platform, you can now quickly see which passports need your attention:
- Incomplete inbound requests — a count of how many request items you still need to respond to on each passport.
- Updates Available — an indicator showing when a collaborator has shared new value chain information, product attributes, documents, notes, or comments.
Key Details
- Notifications are user-specific. When you view an update, it's marked as read only for you — other users in your organization will still see it as unread until they view it themselves.
- Updates automatically clear from your activity feed after 1 month.
- Clicking a grouped notification for individual requests or comments takes you to the relevant sidebar inside the passport. For value chain updates, documents, or notes, you're taken to the passport view directly.
